'The Courage Of Others' is the third album from Bella Union's Texan indie rockers, Midlake. Following 2006's 'The Trials Of Van Occupanther', this effort continues the groups tendency for guitar experimentation, which has seen them compared with the likes of Radiohead and Grandaddy. Tim Smiths vocals are often as affecting and sincere as Jeff Buckley and Rufus Wainwright, adding to the atmosphere and depth provided by some of the best musicianship you'll find in any band on the indie circuit.
